Your information.
Our responsibility.
How Stringlearning ApS handles pilot enquiries, account information and workspace records, with retention, providers and your data rights.
Who is responsible
Unattended is operated by Stringlearning ApS, CVR 35673539, Sankt Annæ Plads 13, 3., 1250 København K, Denmark, the company behind Seier AI. Stringlearning ApS is the data controller for the website, enquiries and pilot workspace described here.
Write to unattended@seier.ai to contact the Seier AI team about privacy, access, export or deletion requests.
What this notice covers
The current website lets you ask about an app and, if invited, test a workspace for project briefs, feedback and approvals. It does not take payments or activate app-building or operating agents. Live app monitoring, provider billing and security reporting are not connected.
This notice covers this website and workspace. Before we build or operate a customer application, its data responsibilities, processing agreement, providers and retention arrangements must be agreed for that project.
Information we use
An enquiry. We receive the name, email address, short idea and new-app or existing-app choice you submit, together with its submission time. You do not need an account. An operator reviews enquiries and may reply using your contact details. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
An account and pilot workspace. We use your account email and identifier, authentication information handled by Supabase, project membership, submitted briefs, feedback, proposal versions and recorded approval decisions. Supabase handles password and passkey authentication. A passkey's private credential stays with your authenticator or its passkey provider; Unattended does not receive it.
Security and delivery. To limit repeated form submissions, the app stores a keyed hash derived from the network address rather than the raw address. We treat that hash as personal data. Hosting, authentication and email providers may also process technical connection, security and delivery information needed to run their services.
Provide only information you are entitled to share. Keep enquiries brief and use test details in the invited workspace. Do not submit production credentials, sensitive personal information or customer records.
Why we use it
We use enquiries to understand what you are looking for, assess whether the service could fit and respond. Where you ask about a contract for yourself, this is processing necessary to take steps at your request before a contract. Where you represent a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering that business's enquiry.
We use account and workspace information to provide the pilot access you request, keep project records and show your own submissions and decisions. The basis is the pilot agreement with you, or our legitimate interest in providing access to a business's authorised representative where that business is the contracting party.
We use the abuse-protection hash and necessary security information for our legitimate interest in preventing misuse and keeping the website available. We may retain or disclose information where a legal obligation requires it, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Providing information is voluntary. Without the required enquiry details we cannot process that form, and without an email address and authentication information we cannot provide an account. You can browse the public website without an account.
Who receives it and where
Authorised people operating Unattended can review enquiries and the workspace records needed to provide support and assess a project. Workspace access rules limit customers to their own records and assigned projects.
Our current service providers are:
- Supabase: authentication and application records, in our EU West (Ireland) project region.
- Fly.io: website hosting in Amsterdam and the technical processing needed to serve and protect the website.
- Postmark: delivery of account emails, including confirmation and password recovery. It receives the recipient address, message and delivery information needed for that purpose.
EU hosting does not mean every provider operation is confined to the EU. Email delivery and providers' support or operational processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. The applicable destinations and transfer safeguards depend on the relevant provider arrangements. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data. Provider information is available from Supabase, Fly.io and Postmark.
We do not sell your enquiry or workspace information. A request to share project information with an additional provider would be assessed for that project before its use.
AI and decisions
This version does not send enquiries or test briefs to an AI model. Enquiries are reviewed by an operator; submitting a form does not produce an automated admission decision, accept a commercial engagement or activate agents.
Sample charts and operating workflows are illustrations. Your recorded pilot approvals relate to the proposal version shown in the workspace and do not start paid work or a production deployment.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records, including the associated form abuse-protection hash, automatically expire 90 days after submission and are removed by daily cleanup. If an enquiry leads to a separate engagement, records needed for that engagement have the retention arrangements agreed for it. If we correspond by email, that correspondence is kept for the enquiry or subsequent relationship, and for resolving any related issue; it is not governed by the form's automatic expiry.
Account and workspace records are retained while your pilot account remains open, until you request their deletion. You can request deletion of particular records or the account by email. Where information must be retained for a legal obligation or a specific legal claim, we will explain what is retained and why rather than retaining the whole workspace unnecessarily.
Provider security logs, delivery records and backups follow the applicable provider arrangements and deletion cycles. This notice does not promise that deleting an active app record immediately removes every provider backup or security record. Contact us if you need the details for a particular record or provider.
Browser storage
Supabase stores authentication session information in your browser to keep you signed in. Pilot form drafts use browser session storage and are cleared after successful submission. No advertising or analytics trackers have been added to this website.
Your choices and rights
Write to unattended@seier.ai to ask for access, a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information. Export and deletion are handled on request rather than through a self-service button. We may need enough information to confirm that the request is yours.
Depending on the circumstances, you can also ask us to restrict processing, receive portable data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. If we ever rely on consent for an additional purpose, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. The enquiry and pilot uses described above do not depend on marketing consent.
You can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish data protection authority, or the supervisory authority where you live or work. Contacting us first can help resolve a concern, but does not remove your right to complain.
Changes
We will update this notice when the website's processing changes and identify the version and date here. We will explain material changes to affected account holders before using their information for a materially different purpose.
