The starting service fee covers the managed service: coordinating priorities, maintenance and issue handling, with reporting on the work. Hosting, AI usage and paid marketing are separate allowances. Your proposal specifies the included work and support coverage; this pilot does not offer a fixed number of improvements each month.
We confirm a delivery plan after reviewing your workflows, integrations and scope. There is no single advertised timeline for every app.
Your proposal states any minimum operating term and payment schedule before you commit.
Notice periods, outstanding costs and handover arrangements are agreed in writing before paid work begins.
Tell us if you want a build-only engagement. We confirm whether that arrangement is available and what the handover includes in your proposal.
Your total monthly authorisation covers the fixed service fee and the variable allowances you approve. Infrastructure, development AI, app AI usage and paid marketing are separately metered unless your agreement says otherwise.
We disclose any third-party markup in your quote. VAT and unrelated business expenses sit outside the managed budget.
